Mark Graf General Manager / CEO

Mark started with Winn Communication in December of 2015 and began by restructuring the operations; focusing on the team, systems, and processes. His diverse background in finance, sales, business management and lean principles has led to a strategic focus on a customer centric culture while growing an efficient network. Mark graduated with a BA from Albion College and later attended Western Michigan University where he earned an MBA with an emphasis on corporate finance. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Telecommunications Association of Michigan. Mark likes spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, sailing and traveling.


Shannon Perkins – Human Resources and Office Manager of Winn Telephone

Shannon Perkins has worked for Winn Telephone since 2001. She started as a Customer Service Rep and at that time, they were still offering dial up internet service! She is currently the Human Resources Manager and Office Manager of the Winn Telephone location. In her free time, Shannon loves to spend time with her husband and 3 boys.

Christopher Spurbeck – Billing Manager

Christopher has been with Winn Telecom since 2007. Christopher grew up in Lake Station, Michigan. He graduated Farwell High School and Central Michigan University with a Bachelors in Science. Christopher is a proud father of twin boys and a beautiful girl and husband to the best woman on earth. He lives, plays, and works in Mount Pleasant but you can frequently find him up in his hometown of Lake Station, MI. He enjoys calligraphy, drawing, canoeing, and writing but most of all he enjoys quality time with the family.

Tammy Weber- Senior Accounting Manager

Tammy Weber started working with Winn Telecom in 2001. She came to Winn after several years working in banking. She is the Senior Accounting Manager and is responsible for account receivables and payables. Tammy is married with 2 grown children and 3 dogs and 2 cats. She enjoys reading, working out and spending time with her family.

Jamie Rhein- Gaylord Operations Manager

Jamie started working for Winn Telecom in October of 2003 and relocated to the Gaylord office in 2005. She handles day to office duties, along with customer retention. In Jamie’s spare time, she enjoys various outdoor activities, horticulture and spending time in her garden.

Bryce Brown - Engineering Manager

Bryce started with Winn Telecom in November of 2018 bringing his experience in engineering, construction, and telecommunications. Bryce has started to work on further developing the Winn Telecom and Winn Telephone network to provide more services to Mount Pleasant, Winn, and the surrounding communities. In his free time, Bryce likes to spend time with his wife and two boys.

Tim Griffith- Sales Development Manager

Tim started working for Winn Telecom in 2020 and defines sales as treating people the way he would to be treated and follow-up. Winn Telecom is a place where he will be able to work with a team that has common vision and goals. Tim’s wife Rebecca (The Ultimate Boss) and his two daughters Abigail and Gracie are the motivation he has to do the best job he can. Tim likes camping, hiking, and speed walking 5K and Half-Marathons. Priorities are simple: God, Family, Work.

Wendy Judge- Customer Service Manager

Wendy Judge has been with the Winn family since 2017, starting in Customer Service and moving on to our Customer Service Manager. She also handles our Collections Department. Wendy and her husband, Rick, along with their two boys are lifelong residents of the area and own a dairy and cash crop operation. Her husband's grandfather helped to build our Winn Telephone Company and takes great pride in carrying on the service that Winn Telephone was founded on. When Wendy is not at work, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, traveling, and working in her flowers!
